We are unable to find a formal guideline information on the COVID-19 Website but there has been a number of online adverts that give good guidance as to what businesses are expected to do.
It was captioned:
"All businesses need to ensure contact-tracing is in place. At your premises you must record entry and exit times for workers and visitors, including names, phone numbers and email addresses.
For example, a packhouse needs to record when staff arrive and leave, any maintenance staff that visit the site, plus the contact details. A trades worker needs to record the date and time they arrive and leave a customer's home and contact details. Be sure to make and keep your records, in a safe way."
Traceable removes the need for organisations to use pen and paper to capture and store this information, which means you can get on with running your business.
