The Traceable Pro mobile app is available for iOS (9 and above) and Android (Jellybean and above). This application is used by staff of the organisation or business to capture details of any visitors or staff coming on site.
The admin console is a web based application that allows managers, directors or business owners to set up and configure the system.

Photo ID is not required to use Traceable, this is a feature for ease of use.
Enterprise customers can have their own ID cards (such as staff IDs) added to the scan feature if they require.

Data records displayed on the mobile app are obfuscated so enough information will be available to check people out but no one can see any personally identifiable information.
If for any reason the ID Scan does not work or someone does not wish to present a copy of ID. Users will be able to manually enter the records.
Reference numbers can be attached to each visitor using a barcode scan, this is great for capturing loyalty card numbers or staff ID numbers.
